The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our owners and guests by assisting with their luggage, providing information about the Residence Club’s amenities, shuttling, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their arrival, stay and check-out.
Job Responsibility:
Greet owners and guests upon arrival and assist with efficient luggage handling
Provide information about the Residence Club’s amenities and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a courteous and helpful manner, exceeding expectations as needed
Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth arrival and check-out processes
Shuttle guests and/or provide transportation information
Requirements:
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs
A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a Front Office setting
A valid California Drivers License
