Job Description:

Guest Service Associate position at Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport focused on creating memorable guest experiences through check-in/check-out services and guiding guests throughout their stay

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests smooth check-in and check-out
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Delivering wide range of services guiding guests through entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of local area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
