Job Description:

Guest Service Associate position in Food & Beverage department at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, responsible for maintaining work areas, ensuring cleanliness, following safety procedures, and providing excellent guest service while supporting the brand's wellness mission.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and cleaning equipment
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Follow company safety and security policies
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak professionally and answer telephones appropriately
Develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Adhere to quality expectations
Read and verify information in various formats

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to move up and down stairs and service ramps
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
