Guest Service Assistant

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events
• Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting
• Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift
• Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do

• A genuine passion for people and hospitality
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team
• A proactive approach
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools

Experience is great, but not essential
