• Communication skills: interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders daily
• Organisational skills: managing guest reservations, checking guests in and out, ensuring smooth flow of operations
• Attention to detail: ensuring guest information is accurate and bookings are processed efficiently
• Technical skills: basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet
• experience with hotel management software systems such as Opera or Fidelio is an added advantage
