Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service? We are looking for a Guest Service Ambassador to join our Rapport team, based at our client’s prestigious offices in Dublin. This role is key in ensuring seamless office operations and a welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
Job Responsibility
Providing an exceptional welcome to our customers in the building
Escorting guests to their booked meeting spaces within the building, when required
Acting upon all requests that clients might have in an efficient and friendly manner
Handling external and internal calls professionally
Improving client engagement in all areas
Maintaining high standards so that the client expectations are consistently exceeded
Checking that all meeting rooms are set-up correctly, according to the agreed specifications
Collaborating with the Office Coordinator
Requirements

Ideally, have a background of front-of-house Reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or a corporate environment

Enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive team
