Job Responsibility:

  • oversee arrivals, departures, and group check-ins with grace and efficiency

  • lead by example, inspiring your team to embody excellence and care at every interaction

Requirements:

  • 1 year previous experience within Hotel Guest Services Front Office area
  • proficiency in Opera or other PMS would be highly advantageous
  • strong communication skills
  • understanding of luxury guest expectations
  • ability to manage time and tasks effectively
  • immaculate grooming and personal presentation
  • clean police record
  • flexibility around working weekends and public holidays
