As an expert in your field, you know what our guests need and do everything you can to make their stay as memorable as possible.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome international guests and ensure everything runs smoothly at the reception
Advise guests on all concerns and always have the right answer ready
Work with the team to achieve departmental goals
Handle guest complaints and turn negative impressions into positive memories

Requirements:

Experience in a similar hospitality-oriented position and/or hotel management education
Communicative nature
Comfortable in both German and English
Any other foreign language is an advantage
Desire to develop and learn new things
Ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
Desire to be part of a team
Passion for the front office
