Job Description:

Guest Service Agent (Guest Experience Expert) responsible for ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, delivering services to guests, and creating a memorable and unique experience during the guest's stay. Responsibilities include operational tasks, assisting guests, and maintaining professional standards in appearance and conduct.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver wide range of services throughout guest stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of local area
Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional appearance and communication
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Perform reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
