Job Description

Guest Service Agent role at The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by performing front desk and guest service duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Front Office.

Job Responsibility

  • Anticipate guests' service needs
  • Maintain customer loyalty through innovative resolution of issues
  • Manage all aspects of the front office department
  • Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
  • Drive loyalty through loyalty programs and guest experiences
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Perform front desk and guest service duties
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage reservations
  • Address guest inquiries
  • Resolve service-related concerns promptly

Requirements

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
  • At least 2 year experience preferably within a high volume environment
  • Outstanding relationship building skills
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
  • Passion for the Hospitality Industry
