Guest Service Agent role at The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by performing front desk and guest service duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Front Office.
Job Responsibility:
Anticipate guests' service needs
Maintain customer loyalty through innovative resolution of issues
Manage all aspects of the front office department
Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
Drive loyalty through loyalty programs and guest experiences
Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Perform front desk and guest service duties
Handle check-ins and check-outs
Manage reservations
Address guest inquiries
Resolve service-related concerns promptly
Requirements:
Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
At least 2 year experience preferably within a high volume environment
Outstanding relationship building skills
Excellent customer service experience
Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
Passion for the Hospitality Industry
