In addition to spreading joy, you’ll ensure all guests receive excellent service from check-in to check-out. A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay, and you’ll play a huge role in making that happen. We’re looking for someone ready to OWN the front desk. This is a Full-time position offering 30-40 hours per week, with availability required 5-6 days per week. Most shifts will be PM, with some AM shifts based on availability.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver a refined and personalized guest experience from check-in to check-out
Maintain a gracious, composed, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful recommendations on local dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences
Accurately and discreetly manage transactions and guest accounts
Utilize property management systems and technology with efficiency and precision
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with care, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
hospitality experience preferred (3–6 months or more)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
A natural ability to connect with guests while maintaining professionalism and discretion
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
A genuine passion for delivering elevated service experiences
You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
