Job Responsibility:
Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met
Complete end-of-day procedures, including accurate financial reconciliation and reporting
Perform night audit tasks to ensure operational and financial accuracy
Requirements:
Strong experience in delivering outstanding guest service
Familiarity in booking systems such as NewBook, RoomMaster, Opera, or similar
Demonstrated night audit experience
A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent practical experience
Strong financial skills, including accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation
Effective problem-solving abilities, with confidence in applying mathematical skills
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
