Job Responsibility:
Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
Take initiative to ensure positive and productive customer interactions

Welcome guests and impact all touch points of the Guest Journey
Assist in the management of the Front Office operation
Provide high standard of service
Co-Ordinate Group arrivals, departures and check-ins
Greet, check-in and assist guests
Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing
Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk
Ensure reservations have correct tariffs and up-sells
Supervise guest arrivals, departures and baggage handling
Supervise the Hotel’s valet service
Attend to guest or management messages
Manage Lost Property
Manage the Courier function
Co-ordinate and participate in quality steps to monitor guest satisfaction
Be pro-active in promoting on-side facilities
Promote seasonal activities and promotions
Liaise with Maintenance and other hotel departments
Liaise with activity organisations and agents
Provide expertise and support within other Hotel departments including Food & Beverage and Housekeeping
Requirements:
1 year previous experience within Hotel Guest Services Front Office area
Proficiency in Opera or other PMS would be highly advantageous
Strong communication skills
Understanding of luxury guest expectations
Ability to manage time and tasks effectively
Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
Clean police record
Flexibility around working weekends and public holidays
Morning, Day and Evening work as required
