Job Description

Provide all guests with support at the Guest Services Center, including print jobs, email and instant messenger correspondence with guests, shipping, retail, and any other general requests that might arise in a professional and timely manner.

Job Responsibility

  • Fulfill guests’ needs relative to business center needs (copying, printing, faxing, desktop computer offerings)
  • Operate the retail center managing inventory and ensuring retail displays look sharp
  • Provide general information to guests relative to meetings and meeting services
  • Monitor property email account and Instant Messages, representing Guest Services professionally
  • Send and receive guest packages via various shipping services
  • Maintain the business center supplies inventory
  • Assist with all guest requests by communicating issues to the appropriate operational department(s)
  • Complete reporting as required, capturing and thoroughly communicating the happenings and outstanding items from your shift

Requirements

  • Previous guest or customer service experience required
  • Previous guest services/business center experience preferred
  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred
  • Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment, including printers and copy machines
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and Excel experience desirable
  • Must be able to be certified as a Texas Notary within 90 days of hire
