Job Responsibility
Clean guest rooms, the hotel premises which include offices, washrooms, Food and Beverage outlets, Front desk, arrival lounge, fitness center, beach facilities and other guest contact areas and back of the house areas
Ensure all arrival rooms are cleaned promptly
Update all rooms status after each clean from dirty to clean in the Opera System
Remove all garbage and recyclable items
Assist to reduce wastage of supplies and amenities
Drive the Housekeeping Buggy according to procedures and safety regulations
Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed
Report any items found in check-out rooms and unattended in public areas
Report any valuables found in occupied rooms
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Operate the cleaning machinery
Inform the Supervisor of any unusual events and communicate any special instructions during handover
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Public Area Attendant and Housekeeper
Requirements
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times
Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations and department procedures and policies
Dress in issued uniform and ensure a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times
Report to work on time, aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time as stated in Employee Handbook
Clean guest rooms, the hotel premises which include offices, washrooms, Food and Beverage outlets, Front desk, arrival lounge, fitness center, beach facilities and other guest contact areas and back of the house areas following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards
Ensure all arrival rooms are cleaned promptly as per standards to minimize any Check for any discrepancies on the Room Attendant's Report and highlight to Housekeeping Supervisor promptly and record all necessary information on the report as per procedures in the course of work
Update all rooms status after each clean from dirty to clean in the Opera System via the established method promptly
Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area
Ensure the Housekeeping pantries and storage areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times
Assist to reduce wastage of supplies and amenities by proper handling, usage and storage
Able to drive the Housekeeping Buggy according to procedures and always in compliance with safety regulations
Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping
Report any items found in check-out rooms and unattended in public areas to Housekeeping and Security
Report any valuables found in occupied rooms to Housekeeping and Security
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Able to operate the cleaning machinery in a most efficient manner for quality finish as per Four Seasons standards
Well informed of basic hotel information in order to assist any guest when enquired
Inform the Supervisor of any unusual events and communicate any special instructions during handover
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Public Area Attendant and Housekeeper
