Job Description:

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall comfort of guest rooms in line with Four Seasons standards. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional and personalized guest experience by ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for all guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Clean and self-inspect assigned guest rooms according to Four Seasons standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in both front- and back-of-house areas, including service pantries
  • Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
  • Handle guest items respectfully and responsibly
  • report and hand over any found items to Housekeeping immediately
  • Respect and maintain guest privacy
  • use 'Service In Progress' signage as appropriate
  • Be responsible for master key security
  • report any key loss immediately
  • Participate in scheduled deep cleaning assignments and special cleaning projects
  • Ensure correct stock levels and proper use of chemicals, tools, and housekeeping carts
  • Complete control lists and checklists as assigned by your supervisor
  • Maintain professional grooming and uniform standards at all times
  • Offer friendly, genuine service to all guests and internal stakeholders
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, following through or escalating where appropriate
  • Take ownership of guest feedback and issues, always seeking to resolve matters effectively
  • Support hotel promotions and services when engaging with guests
  • Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and care by living the Four Seasons Golden Rule

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred
  • Ability to work with attention to detail, efficiency, and consistency
  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English required
  • Arabic is a plus
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and chemical handling (MSDS) is preferred
