Job Responsibility

Ensure the housekeeping department provides clean, well-maintained accommodation and public areas that meet company standards
Provide professional, timely and quality services in line with budgetary requirements
Lead a large-scale housekeeping and public area team of 47 FTE across two properties
Train, mentor and support NITA Trainees while on the job to complete their certificate
Oversee regular maintenance projects (e.g., regular spring cleaning, mattress rotation, carpet shampooing and grout cleaning)
Maintain daily cost control ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximised by achieving good productivity
