Job Description

The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for Guest Relations Supervisor, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services
  • Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service
  • Coordinate correspondence with guests pre and post stay
  • Communicate all relevant guest information and requests to the appropriate departments
  • Assist hotel outlets in putting processes in place

Requirements

  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills
  • Minimum three years experience in Guest Services or related work
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely knowledgeable about the local area
  • Reading, writing and oral fluency in both the Korean & English language (Chinese is also preferred)
  • College degree preferably specializing in hospitality
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several demanding tasks in a consistently busy environment
  • Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea

  • Chinese language skills
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience
