Promote staff engagement and teamwork to provide high-quality service in Rooms and Food & Beverage operations. Inspect and maintain cleanliness of areas, monitor guest needs, and ensure operational efficiency. Assist in staff hiring, training, and evaluation while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
Job Responsibility:
Promote staff engagement and teamwork
Inspect public areas, restrooms, fitness center, pool area, offices and service areas
Communicate additions or changes to the assignment sheets
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and service
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
Serve as a first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process
Ensure guest check-ins are processed and up-sales are promoted
Complete cashier and closing reports in the computer system
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
