An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an energetic and passionate Guest Relations Specialist to join our team, offering significant career growth potential. As the first point of contact for our most esteemed guests, you will support the Guest Relations team with VIP bookings and enquiries. Your goal will be to deliver a world-class standard of guest experience, ensuring our VIP network enjoys seamless access and availability across our venues.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate closely with the Guest Relations and Reservations teams to facilitate all VIP bookings and enquiries, ensuring swift and seamless service
Support the Key Accounts and Business Development teams with reservations from their network
Assist key contacts, business partners, third-party promoters, and concierges in providing elevated experiences for their clients
Develop efficient ways of working across multiple communication platforms
Maintain trusted relationships with venue management teams to ensure a seamless guest journey and meet KPIs
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role, ideally in VIP client servicing
Proven track record of building relationships with integrity
Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
Highly organized multitasker with excellent communication, planning, and prioritisation skills
Ability to manage a diverse network of clients
Availability for a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
