Job Responsibility:
Report for duty on time, well groomed and in a clean and smart uniform
Attend daily line up with the Front Office team
Follow all hotel rules and regulations
Keep desk tidy and immaculate
Maintain good working relationships with all hotel staff
Work with Guest Services Team for glass door and lift lobby coverage
Communicate with Bell Captains for timely luggage handling and guest requests
Meet and greet VIP3 and limo guests for in-room check-in
Update daily show room availability and accessibility of show room keys
Warmly welcome VIP guests attending functions or dining
Be knowledgeable of hotel services, facilities, and daily events
Coordinate arrivals for Express Check-In Program and hotel limousine guests
Coordinate with Ritz-Carlton Club concierge for Club guest arrivals
Escort group arrivals to check-in venue and explain hotel facilities
Provide lateral service to other departments
Collect quality guests' preferences
Perform tasks assigned by Guest Relations Supervisor
Communicate issues/concerns to Guest Relations Supervisor
