The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is looking for a Guest Relations Officer. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Guest Relations Officer works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
  • Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill
  • Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies

  • Actively promotes in-house events and activities, and stays informed about special events and new course promotions to assist guests with accurate and timely information
  • Handle telephone calls and consider directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed
  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of documents and packages, ensuring they are delivered on time
  • Assist and coordinate with Student Services Officers and the Government Liaison Officer on student-related matters
