Job Description:

Guest Relations Manager position at London Marriott Hotel County Hall, serving as property Manager on Duty overseeing all operations to ensure highest levels of hospitality and service. Located in South Bank near Westminster Bridge, the hotel occupies London's former City Hall.

Job Responsibility:

Serves as property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations
Ensures highest levels of hospitality and service are provided
Represents property management in resolving guest related situations
Manages flow of questions and directs guests within lobby
Handles tracking of service issues
Manages day-to-day operations and quality standards
Develops goals and plans to prioritize work
Handles complaints, disputes, and conflicts
Supervises staffing levels
Supports management of Front Desk team
Ensures exceptional customer service
Manages projects and policies
Supports human resource activities

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent degree
1 year experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
no work experience required
