W Edinburgh is hiring a Guest Relations Executive to join the team! We invite you to play an integral part in bringing to life this unique project. Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, as Guest Relations Agent you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipation of guest needs throughout their stay. Joining the pre-opening team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

Job Responsibility:

  • Being an ambassador for the W brand
  • Being the point of contact when dealing with VIP guests, ensuring any special requests are fulfilled
  • Welcome all guests with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with guests
  • Creating memorable experiences for our VIP guests
  • Being approachable and caring and thrive on interacting with people
