Job Description:

Guest Relations Executive role at the Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay, providing service excellence to ensure guest satisfaction while embodying Marriott's commitment to luxury and hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Supply guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, and hours of operation
contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls or requests
follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met
welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
anticipate and address service needs of guests
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
protect company assets

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
eligible for individuals with working rights in Fiji
develop and maintain positive working relationships
comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel
respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
follow company policies and procedures
maintain clear and professional language and etiquette
