We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and passionate Guest Relations Executive who strives to provide and inspire incredible guest service that creates truly memorable experiences for our guests. Job Responsibility

  • Respond to any questions from guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations
  • Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., spa services, transportation, religious services, babysitting, financial services, business centre services, interpretation services, reservations, dry cleaning, entertainment/sporting events, shopping) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
  • Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest requests
  • Collaborate with management to develop and carry-out ideas and procedures, and set goals to continuously improve department performance
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards

Requirements

  • An individual with strong interpersonal skills and good people management ability
  • Being innovative, pro-active and reliable, able to work alone and within a team
  • Sufficient experience in a similar position
  • An ambassador who must have a passion for hospitality
  • Previous experience working within a Customer Service environment preferred
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Pro-active and reliable

  • Good level of English essential

  • Support and assist the Front Office team whenever necessary, especially during busy periods
  • Attend the Front Office handover on a daily basis and brief Heartists on VIP arrivals
  • Communicate any special requests to the relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure all guests requests are taken care off
  • Follow Sofitel standards and ensures vision is maintained at all times
  • Co-operate, co-ordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required
