The Guest Relations Executive, Rooms Reservations, plays a pivotal role in the hotel’s guest experience by managing all aspects of the reservations process. This role requires strong communication skills to provide detailed information about the hotel to prospective guests and guide them through the booking process. By upholding the Four Seasons service standards and personalizing interactions, the incumbent ensures that guests feel valued even before their arrival, contributing significantly to their overall satisfaction from the very first interaction.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain a seamless booking process, adhering to the hotel’s service standards to create a lasting positive impression
Respond to and manage incoming reservations via phone and email, assisting guests with inquiries, tailoring responses to guests' specific needs and preferences, and ensuring that all details are accurately captured
Proactively identify and optimize booking opportunities while maintaining a high level of guest engagement through a deep knowledge of the hotel’s services and amenities
Requirements:
Preferably a Diploma in Hospitality or its equivalent
One (1) year of relevant experience within Four Seasons (or a top luxury group) is considered an asset
Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion and curiosity in the luxury market
Guest-centricity and understanding the importance of guest preferences
Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure
Knowledge of Opera System would be an added advantage
Open to Singaporeans only (due to work visa restrictions)
