The Guest Relations Executive is the first person to interact with guests in our restaurants. This role is designed to ensure that each guest receives the highest level of hospitality and exceptional service. The role will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience while collaborating with a team of servers
Manage the reception desk and review the reservations book
Respond to all inquiries for restaurant reservations
Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms, make necessary improvements, and check each table before opening to ensure it is properly set
Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information
Requirements:
Experience working a minimum of 1 year in Food & Beverage service or previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort
Excellent communication and organization skills
reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
Have good administration and computer skill (Excel, Word) or other Food & Beverage computer system
Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays shifts
Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management are preferred
Nice to have:
Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
