Job Description:

Guest Relations Coordinator position at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba, responsible for delivering exceptional luxury service and ensuring guest satisfaction through information provision, problem resolution, and maintaining The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards of service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Identify and recommend new ideas to increase organizational efficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
