Job Description:

Guest Relations Coordinator position at The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland, responsible for assisting members and guests throughout their stay, handling Front Office duties, and ensuring delivery of The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards for luxury hospitality service.

Job Responsibility:

Assist members and guests with pre-arrival process, arrival/check-in, member activities/experiences, problem resolution and member departure/check-out
Conduct pre-calls to arriving members
Make pre-arrival arrangements, grocery orders, amenity orders
Handle Front Office duties including check-in/check-out, prepare arrival packets and departure folios, perform audit checklists
Respond to requests for visitor information, special arrangements, activities or services
Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
