Job Description:

Guest Relations Coordinator position at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba, responsible for providing exceptional guest service, resolving guest requests and problems, and delivering the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton luxury hospitality experience.

Job Responsibility:

Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests or problems
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations
Identify and recommend new ideas to increase organizational efficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
