Job Description

The Guest Relations Assistant Manager assists in ensuring a smooth arrival and memorable stay for Elite, HRG, VIP and other special selection of guests while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures and reports directly to the Guest Relations Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in managing all VIP, Special Attention, Specialty Suite and High Return Guests, including coordinating and monitoring directly between guest and all necessary departments
  • Assist in overseeing all Elite guests stays
  • which includes pre-arrival, room allocation, preferences, meet and greet upon arrival, and touching base with them throughout their stay
  • Assist in overseeing the curbside arrival of VIP guests
  • Perform all reasonable services guests may require, memorize their preferences & anticipate guest requests and requirements in order to satisfy them efficiently and promptly
  • Provide lobby presence during high occupancy, and peak arrival and departures of guests, groups, and events
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with the Guest Relations Manager
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying a great sense of style and integrity and conveying to the guest a sense of knowledge and assurance

Requirements

  • Front Desk / Guest Relations experience in luxury hospitality operations
  • a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home
  • excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • an exceptional eye for detail
  • must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
  • fluency in French and English
  • knowledge of Opera PMS is required

  • Review, analyze, and follow up on incident reports to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution
  • Coordinate with Red Sea Global (RSG) and relevant stakeholders to address and resolve immediate security concerns, emergencies, and property-related incidents
  • Ensure proper handover and accountability of all security equipment
  • Conduct shift briefings, assign security personnel to posts, and ensure smooth shift handovers

  • Verify that equipment issuance is fully recorded and that incidents are correctly logged

  • Liaise closely with RSG personnel and external government agencies as required
