Job Description:

Guest Relations Agent position at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre, focused on creating memorable and unique guest experiences through smooth check-in/check-out processes and comprehensive guest service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
Building memorable and unique experiences
Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of the local area
Creating a safe work place
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Protecting company assets
Upholding quality standards
Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
