Job Responsibility:
Lead the Guest Relations department, embodying the Augustine philosophy as a sophisticated representative of our luxury identity and monastic history
Act as a storyteller, sharing the unique heritage of the property to enhance the guest’s sense of place
Orchestrate a seamless guest journey, from pre-arrival communication to providing a warm, intuitive, and personalized welcome
Conduct deep-dive research into VIP profiles via internal systems to identify 'emotional preferences' and meticulously inspect all VIP arrival rooms
Personally welcome, escort, and bid farewell to guests, performing a flawless in-room orientation highlighting personalized amenities
Maintain a knowledge of Prague’s cultural landscape to provide bespoke, high-end recommendations
Ensure all guest comments and complaints are attended to and resolved with grace and empathy, transforming potential dissatisfaction into long-term loyalty
Requirements:
Proven ability to provide inspirational leadership and manage a high-performing, motivated department
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a high-profile presence and engage in meaningful, intuitive conversation
