Job Responsibility:
Ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction through in-depth analysis of guest feedback, lobby presence, proactive service, and anticipating guest needs
Preparing VIP arrivals and inspecting rooms
Managing and maintaining guest profiles
Direct communication with guests, customers, and colleagues across all channels and from all parts of the world
Ensuring maximum employee satisfaction
Coordinating and leading the operational shift
Training new team members
Conducting employee development conversations
Requirements:
You enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
You always have an open ear for the needs of our internal and external guests, and you thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to your organizational talent
You’re eager to develop yourself every day, learn new things, and be part of a supportive and ambitious team
You remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
You’ve already gained experience in a similar leadership position and/or have completed training in hotel management
Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel very comfortable in both German and English—any additional language is a plus
