Job Description:

The Guest Recognition Specialist is responsible for profile management at the property and worldwide. There are four key areas: profile management, pre-arrival, data protection, and reservations support. While always promoting the company’s service culture and the Golden Rule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Check for same-day arrivals throughout the shift. Use the Dashboard in KEY to help identify any arrivals that have not been captured
  • Perform a pre-arrival review at least 2 days in advance using Golden and the Pre-Arrival screen in Opera
  • Verify Global Essentials and edit, delete, or approve them as appropriate
  • Review Glitches and Medallia comments and update the Golden profile with Essentials when appropriate
  • Use the dashboard in KEY and monitor the progress of the pre-arrival check throughout the month to ensure that the 90% target is achieved

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective communication with guests and team members
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in reservations and luxury service in order to meet and exceed guests' expectations
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
