Job Description

This hybrid role is part of the Commercial Division and is primarily responsible for the functions of Guest Recognition Specialist and Group Rooms Coordinator for Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. This role reports to the Guest Recognition and Groups Assistant Manager with dotted lines to the Revenue Manager and the Director of Rooms at The Surf Club.

Job Responsibility

  • Review all guest reservations and profiles daily to prepare for arrivals
  • Process all group turnovers
  • Maintain Group Reservations email in-boxes
  • Communicate all group activity, pickup, attrition and contractual guidelines to Group Contacts, Conference Service Managers and Sales Managers

  • College Education
  • Previous luxury hotel experience preferred
  • Great communications Skills

  • Manage chat communication platforms, responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle guest requests, special accommodations, and resolve concerns in line with Four Seasons standards
  • Complete pre-arrival processes, including confirming reservations, billing details, and waitlisted services
  • Support cross-functional teams such as Group Reservations and Guest Recognition as needed
