Job Responsibility:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm smile and providing excellent customer service
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Managing bookings and enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Assisting with guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using booking systems and basic computer software
  • Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
