Job Description:

Join Our Clients Team as a Guest Receptionist! Are you a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic individual who loves helping people? Do you enjoy working in a vibrant, atmosphere where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Welcoming guests with a warm smile and providing excellent customer service
Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Managing bookings and enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assisting with guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using booking systems and basic computer software
Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
