Job Description:

The Guest Experience Supervisor at Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan oversees guest reception processes, manages team training, supports guest satisfaction, ensures adherence to company policies, and contributes to team and organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, payment, and assigning rooms
Assist management in training and evaluating employees
Accommodate guest requests and ensure satisfaction
Process all payment types and complete cashier reports
Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company standards
Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
