Job Description

JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul seeks a Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee guest services, team training, and ensure quality standards while embodying Marriott values.

Job Responsibility

  • Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign room, activate/issue room key
  • Set up accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, secure payment
  • Compile and review daily reports/logs
  • Supply guests with directions and property information
  • Accommodate guest requests and follow up
  • Process various payment types
  • Count and secure bank
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft reports
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating employees
  • Serve as role model
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships
  • Support team goals
  • Follow company policies
  • Report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • Complete safety training
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Speak professionally
  • Prepare and review documents
  • Ensure quality standards
  • Enter information in systems
  • Move and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform reasonable job duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
