Job Description:

JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul seeks a Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee guest services, team training, and ensure quality standards while embodying Marriott values.

Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign room, activate/issue room key
Set up accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, secure payment
Compile and review daily reports/logs
Supply guests with directions and property information
Accommodate guest requests and follow up
Process various payment types
Count and secure bank
Notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft reports
Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating employees
Serve as role model
Develop and maintain positive relationships
Support team goals
Follow company policies
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Complete safety training
Maintain confidentiality
Speak professionally
Prepare and review documents
Ensure quality standards
Enter information in systems
Move and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds
Perform reasonable job duties.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
