Job Description:

The Guest Experience Specialist role goes beyond traditional front desk duties by taking ownership of the full guest experience in main hotel areas with a guest-first mindset. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, delivering quality meals, sharing highlights of the local area, processing operational needs, and addressing guest requests. The role requires physical duties and adherence to company policies.
