Job Description:

Guest Experience Specialists are responsible for creating an exceptional stay for guests through a variety of services, from check-in to providing local highlights. They operate in the main hotel areas with a guest-first mindset, handle operational needs, and ensure quality of service.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services to enhance guest experiences
processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
delivering quality meals
sharing local area highlights
upholding quality standards
creating a safe workplace.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
adherence to company policies and procedures
ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
no related work experience required
no supervisory experience required
no license or certification required.
