Job Description:

The Guest Experience Specialist provides services that enhance guest satisfaction through a smooth and memorable hotel experience. Activities include assisting with check-in/out, addressing guest requests, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guests
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
deliver quality meals
share highlights of the local area
create a safe workplace
uphold quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
professional communication and appearance
adherence to company policies and procedures
ability to ensure confidentiality and protect company assets
