Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Specialists take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. Their role goes beyond the traditional front desk to take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel with a 'guest first' mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a smooth check-in and check-out experience
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Delivering a wide range of services guiding guests through their entire stay
Taking ownership of guest experience in main hotel areas with guest-first mindset
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Delivering quality meals
Sharing highlights of the local area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Creating a safe work place
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Protecting company assets
Upholding quality standards
