Job Description:

Guest Experience Specialists take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, going beyond traditional front desk duties with a 'guest first' mindset to create memorable and unique experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver smooth check-in and check-out
Build memorable and unique guest experiences
Guide guests through their entire stay
Take ownership of guest experience in main hotel areas
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Deliver quality meals
Share highlights of local area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
