As a Guest Experience Specialist, you’ll be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll provide professional, timely, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless stay.
Job Responsibility
Handle guest inquiries and support requests professionally and efficiently
Resolve booking-related issues promptly

Requirements
Fluency in English & Portuguese (written & spoken)
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A positive attitude in a fast-paced, remote environment
