Job Description

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you’ll be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll provide professional, timely, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless stay.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle guest inquiries and support requests professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve booking-related issues promptly
  • Troubleshoot problems and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service
  • Stay up to date with GuestReady’s systems and processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in English & Portuguese (written & spoken)
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive attitude in a fast-paced, remote environment
