Job Description:

GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality management company, operating across the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, our mission has been to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and an unwavering commitment to exceptional hospitality. We are currently looking for a Guest Support Representative (French & English Speaker) to join our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, fluent in French and English, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience from pre-booking to post-stay.

Job Responsibility:

Provide professional and friendly support to guests via chat, phone, and email, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and accurately
Act as the first point of contact for guests experiencing check-in, cleaning, maintenance, or check-out issues, taking full ownership and delivering fast, effective solutions
Perform basic troubleshooting for common requests (e.g., Wi-Fi resets or minor technical issues)
Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring guests feel heard and valued
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to guarantee guest satisfaction
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of GuestReady’s tools, systems, and processes
Accurately document all guest interactions in our internal systems
Take initiative in finding creative solutions that exceed guest expectations

Requirements:

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Spanish is a strong plus
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
