Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Specialists take the initiative to deliver services that make transactions a memorable part of the guest experience. Their role extends beyond traditional duties to proactively engage with guest needs, operational concerns, and local area highlights. Associates are expected to maintain professional standards, comply with company policies, and work hands-on in hotel operations.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering services to guide guests through their stay
handling operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
delivering quality meals
sharing highlights of the local area
maintaining a safe workplace
protecting company assets.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
professional uniform and personal appearance
compliance with company policies and procedures.
