Job Description:

Guest Experience Specialists take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, going beyond traditional front desk duties to create memorable experiences with a 'guest first' mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering smooth check-in and check-out
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Guiding guests through their entire stay
Taking ownership of guest experience in main hotel areas
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Delivering quality meals
Sharing highlights of local area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
