Requirements
Fluency in French & English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a Plus
Based in Morocco with freelancer work eligibility
Experience in hospitality, customer support, or similar roles
Strong problem-solving mindset and independence
Confidence with remote work tools and digital platforms
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings/weekends when needed
